Summer Camp Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change as Summer nears and want to do our best to accommodate you and your camper. Our refund policy is outlined below.

If you need to make changes prior to May 1st:

  • You may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge as along as there is space available and your child has completed the prerequisites.
  • You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they have completed the prerequisites.
  • You will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per session cancelled.

If you need to make changes between May 1 - June 1:

  • You may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge as along as there is space available and your child has completed the prerequisites.
  • You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they have completed the prerequisites.
  • You will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $95 per session cancelled.

If you need to make changes after June 1:

  • You may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge as along as there is space available and your child has completed the prerequisites.
  • You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they have completed the prerequisites.
  • No refunds are given.

After camp begins, camp fees are not refunded or prorated for days missed due to illness, injury, or non-attendance.
